I think there are so many street dogs because there are too many people who have 'Paris Hilton moments' and forget that a dog is truly a 15-20 year responsibilty. It makes me so sad to see all the frightened pooches often limping around on the street. Sometimes they follow me home. Maybe bump into cha sometime soon. beso, ande Che!
